      研究氢化丁腈橡胶(HNBR,丙烯腈质量分数为0. 44)在0#柴油、油基钻井液、水、水基钻井液中的溶胀性能,以及在这4种介质中浸泡后HNBR的物理性能变化。结果表明:HNBR在0#柴油中的体积变化率较小,在油基钻井液、水和水基钻井液中的体积变化率较大;随着浸泡时间延长,HNBR在不同介质中的体积变化率均逐渐增大并达到溶胀平衡,当浸泡时间超过48 h后,体积变化率又逐渐减小;随着温度升高,HNBR的体积变化率逐渐增大,当温度超过120 ℃后,溶胀速率迅速增大;HNBR在0#柴油和水中浸泡(180 ℃×48 h)后物理性能变化较小,在水基和油基钻井液中浸泡后物理性能变化较大。

      The swelling properties and physical properties change of hydrogenated nitrile rubber(HNBR,mass fraction of acrylonitrile was 0. 44) in four kinds of medium such as 0# diesel oil,oil based drilling fluid,water and water based drilling fluid were studied. The results showed that the volume change rate of HNBR in 0# diesel oil was small,and that the volume change rates of HNBR in oil based drilling fluid,water and water based drilling fluid were large. With the soaking time prolonging,the volume change rate of HNBR in different medium increased gradually and reached the equilibrium of swelling. The volume change rate decreased gradually when the soaking time exceeded 48 hours. With the increase of temperature,the volume change rate of HNBR increased gradually. When the temperature exceeded 120 ℃,the swelling rate increased rapidly. The physical properties of HNBR changed slightly after soaking in 0# diesel oil and water at 180 ℃ for 48 hours,and changed greatly after soaking in water based and oil based drilling fluids.
