      用盐酸酸洗和十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB)接枝改性伊利石,并研究改性伊利石在天然橡胶中的应用。结果表明:与改性伊利石相比,改性酸洗伊利石的热质量损失率和CTAB接枝量更大;改性质量分数为0. 01盐酸酸洗伊利石的CTAB接枝量最大,改性质量分数为0. 05盐酸酸洗伊利石未接枝CTAB;随着改性酸洗伊利石用量增大,胶料的门尼粘 度提高,硫化速度总体略有减慢,交联密度总体增大;伊利石和改性酸洗伊利石胶料的硬度、300%定伸应力、拉伸强度和撕裂强度明显提高,其中改性酸洗伊利石胶料的物理性能略优;添加10份改性酸洗伊利石胶料的拉伸强度最大。

      Illite was treated by hydrochloride and then grafted with hexadecyl trimethyl ammonium bromide(CTAB),and the application of acid-treated and CTAB-grafted illite in natural rubber(NR) was studied. The results showed that,compared with CTAB-modified illite without acid treatment,acid-treated and CTAB-grafted illite showed a higher mass loss rate in thermal decomposition and had a larger amount of grafted CTAB. It was found that when the mass fraction of hydrochloride was 0. 01,the acid-treated illite possessed the largest amount of grafted CTAB,and when the mass fraction of hydrochloride was 0. 05,CTAB could not be grafted on the acid-treated illite. With the increasing of acid amount in the treatment process of illite,the Mooney viscosity of the acid-treated and CTAB-grafted illite filled NR compound increased,curing speed slightly decreased,and crosslinking density increased. With illite,either modified or unmodified,the hardness,modulus at 300% elongation,tensile strength and tear strength of illite filled NR compounds increased significantly. However,the physical properties of the compound with the acid-treated and CTABgrafted illite were better,and the compound with 10 phr acid-treated and CTAB-grafted illite possessed the maximum tensile strength.
