研究噻二唑硫化体系(硫化剂PT75/促进剂903)、增塑剂、防护体系对氯化聚乙烯橡胶(CM)性能的影响。结果表明:噻二唑硫化体系胶料的物理性能优异,当硫化剂PT75/促进剂903用量比为3/2时,胶料的加工稳定性和物理性能较佳;采用增塑剂TOTM的胶料经热空气老化后硬度、拉伸强度和拉断伸长率变化较小;采用防老剂4010NA/RD并用的胶料拉伸强度较高,采用防老剂2246的胶料耐热空气老化性能和耐油性能较佳。 |
