      采用Ansys-polyflow软件对对顶式内衬层生产线挤出机机头流道流场进行优化分析。机头流道结构直接影响挤出出口断面宽度方向胶料流速、温度、压力和剪切速率分布的均匀性。减小机头流道中部区域的阻尼,可有效解决半成品中间壁厚偏小和两边壁厚偏大的问题;增大机头流道分散角有助于优化胶料流动,有效减小出口断面宽度方向不同部位胶料流速、压力、温度和剪切速率差值。优化设计挤出机机头流道呈鱼尾状,流经流道的胶料呈压缩式层流流动,基本实现了出口断面宽度方向胶料流速、压力、温度和剪切速率分布均匀。
英文摘要:
      The flow field in the extruder head of the inner liner production line was analyzed and optimized by using Ansys-polyflow software.The structure of flow channel had great influence on the flow rate,pressure,temperature and shear rate distribution of the rubber material in the width direction of the extrusion exit section.It was found that the defects that the middle wall thickness of the semi-finished product was too small and the wall thicknesses of both ends were too large could be effectively solved by reducing the flow resistance in the middle part of the head path.Moreover,increasing the divergence angle of the head channel was helpful to optimize the flow of the rubber compound and effectively reduce the difference of flow rate,pressure,temperature and shear rate in the width direction of the extrusion exit section.The optimized extruder head channel was the fish tail shape,the flow of rubber compound through the channel was laminar flow,and the flow rate,pressure,temperature and shear rate distribution of the rubber material in the width direction of the extrusion exit section were uniform.
