      模拟天然橡胶(NR)/顺丁橡胶(BR)并用胶作汽车发动机悬置材料在使用过程中的受力状态,研究NR/BR并用胶的物理性能和阻尼性能。结果表明:随着BR用量增大,NR/BR并用胶的t10t90延长,Fmax增大,强伸性能降低,压缩疲劳温升提高,老化后拉伸强度和拉断伸长率降幅增大;NR/BR并用可以避免NR在低温下阻尼过高问题;为避免NR/BR并用胶压缩疲劳温升加剧,NR/BR并用比不宜大于70/30。

      The stress states of the natural rubber(NR)/butadiene rubber(BR) blend for automobile engine mounting material under strained conditions in service was simulated,and its physical and damping properties were studied.The results showed that as the amount of BR increased,t10 and t90 of the compound were extended,Fmax increased,tensile properties of the vulcanized blend decreased,compression fatigue temperature rise increased,and after aging,the decrease extents of tensile strength and elongation at break increased.However,blending NR with BR could avoid the problem of excessively high damping of NR compound at low temperature.The amount of BR was kept under 30% of total rubber in order to prevent severe compression fatigue temperature rise.
