      介绍7.50R16 14PR增强型全钢载重子午线轮胎的设计。结构设计:外直径 805 mm,断面宽 216 mm,行驶面宽度 166 mm,行驶面弧度高 4 mm,胎圈着合直径 403 mm,胎圈着合宽度 165 mm,断面水平轴位置(H1/H2) 1.051,胎面采用3条纵向花纹折沟设计为主的变节距花纹,花纹深度 12 mm,花纹饱和度 74.17%,花纹周节数 48。施工设计:胎面采用冠部胶和缓冲胶片设计,带束层采用3+0°带束层设计,1#和2#带束层采用3×0.20+6×0.35HT钢丝帘线,3#带束层采用5×0.30HI钢丝帘线,0°带束层采用3×7×0.20HE钢丝帘线,胎体采用3×0.24/9×0.225CCST钢丝帘线;采用一次法胶囊成型机成型,热板式硫化机硫化。成品性能试验结果表明,轮胎充气外缘尺寸、强度性能、耐久性能和高速性能满足相关国家标准或企业标准要求。
英文摘要:
      The design on 7.50R16 14PR enhanced truck and bus radial tire was described.In the structure design,the following parameters were taken:overall diameter 805 mm,cross-sectional width 216 mm,width of running surface 166 mm,arc height of running surface 4 mm,bead diameter at rim seat 403 mm,bead width at rim seat 165 mm,maximum width position of cross–section(H1/H2) 1.051,using variable pitch tread pattern with three longitudinal zigzag pattern grooves,pattern depth 12 mm,block/total ratio 74.17%,and number of pattern pitches 48.In the construction design,the following processes were taken:using wear resistance crown and breaker ply for tread,3+0° belt structure,3×0.20+6×0.35HT steel cord for 1# and 2# belt,5×0.30HI steel cord for 3# belt,3×7×0.20HE steel cord for 0° belt,3×0.24/9×0.225CCST steel cord for carcass,using one-stage bladder building machine to build tire,and hot plate curing press to cure tire.It was confirmed by the finished tire test that,the inflated peripheral dimension,strength,endurance and high speed perfromance met the requirements of the relative national or enterprise standards.
