      用RPA2000橡胶加工分析仪研究γ射线辐照剂量对三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM)胶料动态力学性能的影响,以分析γ射线辐照剂量对EPDM胶料交联程度的影响。结果表明:随着γ射线辐照剂量增大,EPDM胶料的弹性转矩(S′)和弹性模量(G′)提高,损耗因子(tanδ)减小;随着应变增大,EPDM胶料的S′提高,G′降低,tanδ增大;随着γ射线辐照剂量增大,EPDM胶料的交联程度提高。通过控制γ射线辐照剂量,可以控制EPDM胶料的交联程度。
英文摘要:
      The influence of irradiation dose of γ-ray on the crosslinking degree of ethylene-propylene- diene rubber(EPDM) compound was studied by investigation of the dynamic mechanical properties using RPA2000 rubber processing analyzer. The results showed that the elastic torque(S′) and the elastic modulus (G′) of the EPDM compound increased with the increase of irradiation dose,and the loss factor(tanδ) decreased. It was found that with the increase of the strain,S′ increased,G′ decreased and tanδ increased. With the increase of γ-ray irradiation dose,the crosslinking degree of EPDM compound increased. The degree of crosslinking of EPDM compounds could be controlled by controlling the irradiation dose of γ-ray.
