| 介绍1815双模轮胎定型硫化机（蒸锅内径为1 815 mm）的设计。该硫化机为B型曲柄连杆式结构机型，由主机、装胎装置、后充气装置、润滑系统、管路系统及电气控制系统等组成，最大合模力为7 500 kN，胎坯最大直径为1 460mm，胎坯胎圈直径为571.5～965.2 mm（22. 5～38英寸），模具张模力和锁模力为5.81 MN，采用8极电机。硫化机结构合理，生产效率高，使用情况良好。 |

| This paper introduces the design of 1815 dual-mold tire vulcanizing machine with an inner diameter of 1 815 mm for the steamer. The vulcanizing machine has a type B crank connecting rod structure. It is composed of main unit，tire loading device，rear inflator，lubrication system，piping system and electrical control system. The maximum clamping force is 7 500 kN，maximum tire diameter is 1 460 mm，bead diameter is 571. 5～965. 2 mm（22. 5～38 inches），and die tension and clamping force are 5. 81 MN. 8-pole motor is used. This vulcanizing machine possesses good structure and the production efficiency is high. |
