      采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法测定多功能助剂KA9188的有效含量。结果表明:采用HPLC法测定多功能助 剂KA9188的最佳色谱条件为检测波长 284 nm,流动相 乙腈/水,柱温 35 ℃,进样量 5 μL,流动相流速 1.5 mL·min-1,在此条件下进行梯度洗脱,测试结果的线性相关性好,精密度和回收率高。该方法操作简便,分离效果和准确性好,实用性强。

      The effective content of multifunctional additive KA9188 was determined by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC). The results showed that the optimum chromatographic conditions were as follows: the detection wavelength was 284 nm,the mobile phase was acetonitrile/water, the column temperature was 35 ℃,the injection volume was 5 μL,and the mobile phase flow rate was 1. 5 mL·min-1. Under these conditions,gradient elution was performed. It was found that the linearity of the test results was good,and the precision and recovery were high. The method was simple to perform with good separation results and high test accuracy.
