| “走出去”及兼并重组是我国轮胎产业发展的新机遇。近年来，为实现国际产能合作和规避出口贸易风险，我国有多家大型轮胎企业在海外建厂。通过资产重组、股权合作、资产置换和战略联盟等方式，我国轮胎企业不断进行兼并重组，推动企业做大做强。为解决轮胎企业“走出去”及兼并重组遇到的资金缺乏、人才缺乏和国际化运作经验缺乏等问题，国家相关部门应给予政策支持。 |

| “Going global” and mergers and reorganizations are new opportunities for the development of China’s tire industry. In recent years，in order to achieve international production cooperation and to avoid the risk of export trade，a large number of large-scale tire enterprises built overseas factories. China’s tire companies continued to grow bigger and stronger by merger and reorganization，including asset restructuring， equity cooperation，capital replacement and strategic alliance etc. In order to solve the problems of lack of funds，lack of talent and lack of experience in international operation during the process，relevant departments of the government should provide strong policy support to China’s tire companies. |
