      研究抗湿滑树脂CSR6009,Ricon330和TL100对全钢子午线轮胎胎面胶硫化特性、物理性能和动态力学性能的影响。结果表明:3种抗湿滑树脂对胶料硫化特性的影响不大;与空白硫化胶相比,添加抗湿滑树脂硫化胶的邵尔A型硬度、定伸应力、拉伸强度、拉断伸长率、拉断永久变形和耐老化性能变化不大,撕裂强度、0和60℃时的tanδ增大,耐磨性能略有降低;对比3种抗湿滑树脂硫化胶,添加抗湿滑树脂Ricon330硫化胶的滚动阻力较小,添加抗湿滑树脂CSR6009硫化胶的耐磨性能和抗湿滑性能较好,综合性能较好。

      The influence of anti-skid resins,CSR6009,Ricon330 and TL100,on the curing characteristics,physical properties and dynamic mechanical properties of the tread compound of all-steel radial tire was studied.The results showed that the three kinds of anti-skid resin had little influence on the curing characteristics of the compound.Compared with the original compound,the hardness,tensile modulus,tensile strength,elongation at break,permanent set and aging resistance of the compound containing anti-skid resin were not changed,tear strength and loss factor(tanδ) at 0 and 60 ℃ increased,and abrasion resistance decreased slightly.It was found that the rolling resistance of the vulcanized rubber with Ricon330 was lower,and the wear resistance,wet-skid resistance and overall performance of the vulcanizates with CSR6009 were better.
