      介绍13.6-24 6PR R-1(VG)农业轮胎的设计。结构设计:外直径 1 210 mm,断面宽度 332 mm,行驶面宽度 302.5 mm,行驶面弧度高 34 mm,胎圈着合直径 611 mm,胎圈着合宽度 292 mm,断面水平轴位置(H1/H2) 0.65,花纹深度 38 mm,花纹饱和度 20.6%,花纹周节数 18。施工设计:胎体采用2层高强度1400dtex/2V1锦纶6帘布,缓冲层采用3层1400dtex/3V2锦纶6帘布,成型采用机头直径为750 mm的LCX-4B型成型机,硫化采用立式硫化罐。成品轮胎的外缘尺寸和物理性能满足设计或国家标准要求。

      In this paper,the design of 13.6—24 6PR R-1(VG) agricultural tire was introduced.In the structure design the following parameters were taken:overall diameter 1 210 mm,cross sectional width 332 mm,width of running surface 302.5 mm,arc height of running surface 34 mm,bead diameter 611 mm,bead width 292 mm,maximum width position of cross section(H1/H2) 0.65,pattern depth 38 mm,pattern block/total ratio 20.6%,and number of pattern pitches 18.In the construction design,2 layers of high strength 1400dtex/2V1 nylon 6 cord were used in the carcass ply and 3 layers of 1400dtex/3V2 were applied in the breaker ply.The tire was formed using LCX-4B building machine having a diameter of 750 mm and cured using a vertical autoclave.The test results of finished tires showed that the peripheral dimensions and physical properties of the inflated tire met the requirements of corresponding design and national standards.
