      研究傅里叶变换衰减全反射红外光谱(ATR-FTIR)在顺丁橡胶(BR)分析中的应用,得到多个BR的ATR-FTIR特征谱。结果表明:通过ATR-FTIR谱可以快速区分BR的生胶与硫化胶,便于未知胶料的鉴定;可以判断硫化胶中是否含有白炭黑。用ATR-FTIR谱分析BR方便、快捷。
英文摘要:
      Attenuated total reflectance(ATR)-Fourier transform infrared(FTIR) was applied in BR analysis.ATR-FTIR spectrums of different BR were obtained.ATR-FTIR allowed fast identification of BR raw rubber and vulcanized rubber in unknown rubber material and the analysis results could also determine whether the vulcanized rubber contained silica.ATR-FTIR was convenient and fast to analyze BR structure.
