| 研究加工助剂HT42L在轿车子午线轮胎胎侧胶中的应用。结果表明：在胎侧胶中加入2份加工助剂HT42L，胶料的门尼粘度降低，挤出性能改善，撕裂强度、弹性和耐屈挠性能提高；轮胎的合格率提高，耐久性能和高速性能较好。使用加工助剂HT42L有利于轮胎企业提质增效。 |

| In this paper，the application of processing aid HT42L in the sidewall compound of passenger car radial tire was discussed.The results showed that，with the addition of 2 parts of processing aid HT42L in the sidewall compound，the Mooney viscosity was reduced，extrusion properties were improved，tear strength，elasticity and flexural resistance were improved；the passing rate of the tire increased，the durability and high-speed performance of the finished tire were good.The application of processing aid HT42L provided better quality and higher efficiency to tire companies. |
