| 制备聚丙烯（PP）/乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物（EVA）/胶粉热塑性弹性体（TPV），研究胶粉改性剂201酚醛树脂、松香、橡胶活化剂450、橡胶再生剂RV，相容剂聚丙烯接枝马来酸酐（PP-g-MAH）用量，以及EVA/胶粉共混比对TPV性能的影响。结果表明：与采用未改性胶粉相比，采用改性胶粉制得的TPV拉伸强度、拉断伸长率和撕裂强度增大；当PP-g-MAH用量为5份、EVA/胶粉共混比为15/45时，TPV的综合性能较好。 |

| PP/EVA/rubber powder thermoplastic elastomer（TPV） was prepared，and the effects of rubber powder modifier phenolic resin 201，rosin，rubber activator 450，rubber reclaiming agent RV，amount of compatibilizer PP grafted maleic anhydride （PP-g-MAH），and blending ratio of EVA/rubber powder on the properties of TPV were studied.The results showed that，compared with unmodified powder，the tensile strength，elongation at break and tear strength of the TPV using modified rubber powder increased.When the amount of PP-g-MAH was 5 phr and the blending ratio of EVA/powder was 15/45，the overall performance of TPV was better. |
