      研究环保锌在轿车子午线轮胎带束层胶中的应用。结果表明,环保锌在带束层胶中等量替代间接法氧化锌,胶料的硫化特性、物理性能及老化前后的H抽出力基本相当,成品轮胎的高速性能和耐久性能良好。
英文摘要:
      In this study, the environmentally friendly zinc additive was applied to replace the zinc oxide from indirect process at the same loading level in the belt compound of semi-steel passenger car radial tire. The experimental results showed that the curing characteristics of the rubber compound, the physical properties of the vulcanizates, and the H pull-out force between rubber matrix and steel cord before and after aging changed little. The finished tire showed good high speed performance and good durability.
