      分析半钢子午线轮胎氮气硫化氮气消耗量大的原因,并提出相应解决措施。轮胎氮气硫化过程中氮气消耗量大的主要原因是氮气硫化系统管路(包括硫化机氮气系统管路)存在泄漏问题,尤其是管路连接处、控制阀密封处和密封圈等密封不良,通过采取防止氮气泄漏、增大氮气回收量、减小定型氮气消耗量等措施,有效减小了氮气消耗量。
英文摘要:
      The root causes of large nitrogen consumption during nitrogen curing process of semi-steel radial tire were analyzed and the corrective actions were proposed. The analysis showed the main root cause was leaking of nitrogen piping system including the tubing within the curing machine. The leaking was even more serious in the joints, valves and seals. To reduce the nitrogen consumption, it was recommended to reduce the leakage of nitrogen in the piping system, increase the amount of nitrogen recycling and reduce the nitrogen consumption in the shaping stage.
