      用回归分析法研究了甲基丙烯酸锌(ZDMA)和过氧化二异丙苯(DCP)用量对氢化丁腈橡胶(HNBR)的硫化特性、力学性能、耐磨性能、压缩永久变形性能的影响,并绘制各项性能等高线图,从而确定氢化丁腈橡胶的最优配方。结果表明,随着ZDMA用量的增加,最大扭矩、硬度、拉伸强度、撕裂强度、DIN磨耗体积、压缩永久变形值都增大,回弹值减小,硫化时间缩短;随着DCP用量的增加,最大扭矩、硬度、回弹值、DIN磨耗体积都增大,拉伸强度、撕裂强度、压缩永久变形值减小,硫化时间缩短。
英文摘要:
      The effect of zinc methacrylate (ZDMA) and peroxide two cumene (DCP) dosage on the curing characteristics,mechanical properties,wear resistance,compression performance of hydrogenated nitrile rubber (HNBR) was studied,and the contour map of performance was drawn, so as to determine the best formulation.The results showed that with the increase of ZDMA content,the maximum torque,hardness,tensile strength,tear strength,abrasion volume of DIN, compression permanent deformation increased,but the rebound value decreased,and the curing time was shortened.With the increase of DCP content, the maximum torque, hardness, rebound value, abraion volume of DIN increased,and tensile strength,tear strength,compression permanent deformation decreased,and the curing time was shorten .
