| A new type of automatic centering device for sidewall of radial tire building machine was designed.It mainly consisted of linear actuator stepper motor，line light sensor and centering roller.Through Proportional-Integral-Derivative（PID）control of Programmable Logic Controller（PLC），the device could reduce the deviation of the sidewall in the feeding process，ensure the position accuracy of sidewall for pre-assembly，and improve the uniformity and dynamic balance of the tire. |
