      研究白炭黑对轮胎胎面胶性能的影响。通过研究国内外5种不同白炭黑的粒径分布和分散性差异,以及其在胎面胶中的应用性能变化,为配方设计工作提供参考。结果表明:在粒径分布相差不大的情况下,高分散性白炭黑较普通白炭黑具有一定优势,能够改善胶料的加工性能,提高强伸性能,降低滚动阻力;国产与进口同系列高分散性白炭黑各有优势;高比表面积白炭黑使用时应注意调整用量以达到胶料性能的最佳平衡。
英文摘要:
      The effect of silica on the properties of tread compound was studied.The differences of particle size distribution and dispersion of five different kinds of silica at home and abroad as well as the changes of their application properties in tread compound were studied to provide reference for formulation design.The results show that high dispersible silica has certain advantages over ordinary silica in the case of similar particle size distribution,which can improve the processability and the strength and elongation performance,and reduce the rolling resistance.Domestic and imported high dispersive silica have their own advantages.When high specific surface area silica was used,its dosage should be adjust in order to achieve the best balance of rubber compound properties.
