      介绍12R22.5全钢载重子午线轮胎的设计。结构设计:外直径?1 082 mm,断面宽?293 mm,行驶面宽度?248 mm,行驶面弧度高?8.3 mm,胎圈着合直径?570 mm,胎圈着合宽度?228 mm,断面水平轴位置(H1/H2)?0.919 8,采用纵向花纹沟为主的普通花纹,花纹深度?18 mm,花纹饱和度?72.8%。施工设计:胎面采用两方三块结构,胎体采用1层0.25+6+15×0.225HT钢丝帘线,1#和2#带束层采用3×0.20+6×0.35HT钢丝帘线,3#带束层采用5×0.35HI钢丝帘线,0°带束层采用3×7×0.22HE钢丝帘线,胎体、胎圈的安全倍数大于7;采用一次法两鼓成型机成型、双模定型硫化机硫化。成品性能试验结果表明,成品轮胎充气外缘尺寸、强度性能、耐久性能、高速性能和胎圈耐久性能符合相应设计和国家标准要求,耐久性能和高速性能均优于同规格对比轮胎。
英文摘要:
      The design on 12R22.5 truck and bus radial tire was described.In the structure design,the following parameters were taken:overall diameter 1 082 mm,cross-sectional width 293 mm,width of running surface 248 mm,arc height of running surface 8.3 mm,bead diameter at rim seat 570 mm,bead width at rim seat 228 mm,maximum width position of cross-section(H1/H2) 0.919 8,ordinary pattern with longitudinal pattern groove for tread pattern,pattern depth 18 mm,block/total ratio 72.8%.In the construction design,the following processes were taken:two-formula and three-piece tread,0.25+6+15×0.225HT steel cord for carcass ply,3×0.20+6×0.35HT steel cord for 1#—2# belts,5×0.35HI steel cord for 3# belt,and 3×7×0.22HE steel cord for 0° belt.The safety factor of carcass ply and bead were all above 7.Using one stage two drum building machine to build tire and dual-mold press to cure tire.It was confirmed by the tests of the finished tire that,the inflated peripheral dimension,strength,endurance and high speed performance met the requirements of design and national standards.The endurance and high speed performance of the designed tire were better than the contrast tires.
