| 以子午线轮胎橡胶(天然橡胶)为主胶种,全乳胶等外标胶、胶清胶、异戊橡胶和顺丁橡胶为辅胶种,通过密炼机干法混炼制备恒低门尼粘度的混合橡胶。结果表明:混合橡胶的门尼粘度低且恒定,混合橡胶可以保存8个月以上;与马来西亚天然橡胶CV60相比,混合橡胶的门尼粘度变化率较低,拉伸强度较高,其他性能相当。混合橡胶可以满足国内橡胶制品客户的要求。 |
