Abstract:
      Dry modification of coal series kaolin by high speed shear grinding and stirring method,and the modification condition of Kaolin and properties of styrene butadiene rubber(SBR) filled with Kaolin were studied.The results showed that the best modification condition of Kaolin was modifier(coupling agent KH550) with mass fraction of 0.04 and modification time of 1 min.Compared with unmodified Kaolin,the compatibility between modified Kaolin and rubber was improved,and the combination with rubber matrix was good.The physical properties including wear resistance of the compound filled with modified Kaolin were significantly improved.
