      以225/45ZR17光面轮胎为例,根据设计经验,选取对轮胎模态特性可能产生影响的7个结构设计因素(胎面胶模量、胎面厚度、冠带形式、1#带束层宽度、带束层角度、胎侧胶模量和三角胶高度)设计正交试验,通过模态试验测试轮胎径向各阶频率和阻尼,研究轮胎结构对轮胎固有频率和阻尼的影响,判定各因素对模态频率和阻尼的影响显著程度和主次顺序及因素水平变化引起的模态特性的变化趋势。结果表明,胎面胶模量、胎面厚度和1#带束层宽度对轮胎前六阶模态频率和阻尼的影响较大。
英文摘要:
      Taking 225/45ZR17 smooth tire as an example,according to the design experience,seven structural design factors(tread compound modulus,tread thickness,crown ply form,1# belt width,belt angle,sidewall compound modulus and apex height)which might affect the tire modal characteristics were selected to design orthogonal test.Through the modal test,the radial frequencies and damping of tire were tested,and the effect of tire structure on the natural frequency and damping of tire was studied to determine the significance,and primary and secondary order of the influence of each factor on the modal frequency and damping,and the change trend of the modal characteristics caused by the level change of the factors.The results showed that the tread compound modulus,tread thickness and 1# belt width had significant influence on the first six modal frequency and damping of tire.
