      研究对比同一牌号,不同厂家的炭黑对胎面终炼胶性能的影响,有利于针对不同的市场及车型使用不同厂家价格成本的炭黑。结果表明:炭黑纯度的不同,随着筛余物的减少,断伸长率等性能得到不同程度的提升,胶料的磨耗性能提升,胎面胶料的压缩生热降低,成品胎的耐磨性得到提升,有利于针对性的改善我公司半钢子午线轮胎的技术水平及市场竞争力,拓展更广阔的市场前景。

      Study of the same grade, different manufacturers of carbon black on the tread final performance of the impact of mixing is conducive to different markets and models using different manufacturers cost of carbon black. The results showed that the properties of carbon black were improved with the decrease of sieve residue and breaking elongation, the abrasion property of compound increased, the compression heat of tread compound decreased, Grinding to be improved, targeted to improve the company"s semi-steel radial tire technical level and market competitiveness, expand the broader market prospects.
