中文摘要:
      研究白炭黑在全钢载重子午线轮胎胎面基部胶中的应用。结果表明,以沉淀法白炭黑全部替代全钢载重子午线轮胎胎面基部胶配方中的炭黑,优化白炭黑和吡咯烷酮用量后,能有效降低轮胎冠部生热和滚动阻力,提升轮胎耐久性能。
英文摘要:
      The application of precipitated silica in tread base compound of truck and bus radial tire was investigated.The results showed that,the carbon black in the formula of tread base compound of truck and bus radial tire could be completely replaced by the precipitated silica.After optimizing the amount of silica and pyrrolidone,the heat build-up and rolling resistance of tire crown could be effectively reduced,and the tire durability colud be improved.
