      介绍12R22.5节油型轮胎的设计。结构设计:外直径 1 080 mm,断面宽 300 mm,行驶面宽度 235 mm,行驶面弧度高 8.3 mm,胎圈着合直径 570.5 mm,胎圈着合宽度 241.3 mm,断面水平轴位置(H1/H2) 1.20,胎面花纹采用等节距设计,花纹周节数 61,花纹深度 15 mm,花纹饱和度 80%。施工设计:胎面采用低滚动阻力配方,热喂料、冷喂料双复合挤出,胎体采用3×0.24/9×0.225CCST钢丝帘线,1#,2#,3#带束层采用3×0.20+6×0.35HT钢丝帘线,4#带束层采用5×0.35HI钢丝帘线。成品轮胎性能试验结果表明,12R22.5节油型轮胎的充气外缘尺寸、强度和耐久性能达到国家标准要求,滚动阻力级别达到B级,与普通轮胎相比可使车辆油耗降低5%以上。
英文摘要:
      The design on 12R22. 5 fuel saving tire was described. In the structure design,the following parameters were taken:overall diameter 1 080 mm,cross-sectional width 300 mm,width of running surface 235 mm,arc height of running surface 8.3 mm,bead diameter at rim seat 570.5 mm,bead width at rim seat 241.3 mm,maximum width position of cross–section(H1/H2) 1.20,the tread pattern was designed with equal pitch,number of pattern pitchs 61,pattern depth 15 mm,block/total ratio 80%. In the construction design,the following processes were taken:using low rolling resistance tread formula and double compound extrusion of hot feed and cold feed,3×0.24/9×0.225CCST steel cord for carcass, 3×0.20+6×0.35HT steel cord for 1#,2# and 3# belt,5×0.35HI steel cord for 4# belt.It was confirmed by the finished tire test that,the inflation peripheral dimensions,strength performance and durability of 12R22.5 fuel saving tire met the requirements of national standards,the rolling resistance level reached Level B,which could reduce the vehicle fuel consumption by more than 5% compared with ordinary tires.
