| The installation and commissioning of internal mixer were introduced，and clear requirements for the main processes and procedures of each sub project were put forward.Before installation of internal mixer，technical data and site construction conditions should be prepared.The installation process of internal mixer was as follows：determine the installation plan and installation process，install according to the operation process，pay attention to the installation sizing block size and sizing block placement method， equipment alignment，correctly use anchor bolts and equipment leveling.The commissioning sequence of the internal mixer was as follows：start the high-pressure lubricating pump，start the lubricating system of the reducer，start the hydraulic station system，start the temperature control system and start the main motor.During the commissioning，visual or instrument inspection on the on-site inspection items were carried out，and filled in the inspection record in detail to ensure that the internal mixer commissioning to meet the production conditions.Effective installation and commissioning of internal mixer could improve work quality and efficiency，and save time and cost. |
