| 介绍225/55ZRF17 97Y缺气保用全天候轿车轮胎的设计。结构设计：外直径 678 mm，断面宽 240 mm，行驶面宽度 186 mm，行驶面弧度高 7.28 mm，胎圈着合直径 433.2 mm，胎圈着合宽度 203.2 mm，断面水平轴位置（H1/H2） 1.03，采用非对称花纹设计，花纹深度 8.2 mm，花纹饱和度 68%，花纹周节数 70。施工设计：胎面采用三方四块设计，胎体采用两层1670dtex/2聚酯浸胶帘布，带束层采用2＋2×0.30HT钢丝帘线，下胎侧加强层采用1400dtex/2锦纶66浸胶帘布，采用二次法成型机成型、B型双模液压硫化机硫化。成品轮胎试验结果表明，轮胎充气外缘尺寸、强度性能、耐久性能、低气压耐久性能和高速性能均达到国家标准和公司内控标准要求，欧盟ECE R117测试结果满足欧盟法规和公司内控标准。 |

| The design on 225/55ZRF17 97Y run-flat all-season passenger car tire was described.In the structure design，the following parameters were taken：overall diameter 678 mm，cross-sectional width 240 mm，width of running surface 186 mm，arc height of running surface 7.28 mm，bead diameter at rim seat 433.2 mm，bead width at rim seat 203.2 mm，maximum width position of cross-section（H1/H2） 1.03，using asymmetric pattern design，pattern depth 8.2 mm，block/total ratio 68%，and number of pattern pitches 70.In the construction design，the following processes were taken：using three-formula and four-piece tread，2 layers of 1670dtex/2 polyester dipped cord for carcass，2＋2×0.30HT steel cord for belt，1400dtex/2 nylon 66 dipped cord for lower sidewall reinforcement layer，using two-stage building machine to build tire and B-type double mode hydraulic vulcanizer to cure tire.It was confirmed by the finished tire test that，the inflated peripheral dimension，strength，durability，low pressure durability and high speed performance met the requirements of the national and enterprise standards.The test results of the European Union ECE R117 met the European Union regulations and the enterprise standards. |
